Returns/ Refund Policy

If you feel your Neon Hub product is not up to standard , you may return the product to us in original packaging for a full refund or replacement. 

Warranty Information

We will provide a 1 year warranty from purchase, however this does not include breakages or malfunction due to improper use. To be eligible for a refund you will need to contact Neon Hub NZ within 30 days of purchase. The sign must be returned to us in it's original packaging. You will need to show proof of date of purchase. You may exchange or receive a refund for your product.
